Kinako is popular to use japanease traditional pastry"Wagashi".What is Kinako??
It's a soybean powder.I tried to use Kinako for my pastry.This cake is white chocolate ganache with kinako,
soy milk mousse.This was so good!!

When I worked at one restaurant,we were making caramel popcon for one of their menu.First time I heard about making it,I was like"Are you serious?"Because It's a snack for me.I never thought I make snack like a popcorn at professional kitchen.
