Trio Of Cream Brulee

Cream brulee is one of my favorite dessert.I feel happy when caramelized sugar is cracked by spoon.
Also this dessert is easy to make in your house.Ingredient for Vanilla flavor is only 4 Item!Today's flavor is Vanilla,Green Tea,Earl Grey Tea...Which flavor would you like to try??

Caramel Popcorn

When I worked at one restaurant,we were making caramel popcon for one of their menu.First time I heard about making it,I was like"Are you serious?"Because It's a snack for me.I never thought I make snack like a popcorn at professional kitchen.
But it was fun to make!Also it's easy & tasty!You should try to make it in your house.

Foccacia

I made Foccacia bread in my house.It was so hard to knead dough by hand.It took about 20 minutes to finish kneading.But I did!!dry tomatos&Basil are in this foccacia dough.I put fresh tomatos,bellpepper,chedder cheese on top before baking.
